What TollRelay is, who runs it and what it never does.

TollRelay is the buyer's side of agent payments. An organisation registers once, gives each agent an identity and a spend mandate, and presents it on every request. Sellers verify against it in one call, and the organisation's record says what was spent, where, under whose policy.

TollRelay Ltd is a Hoosei company, run by its founder. Welila's software layer is the first verifier: every gated call it serves names TollRelay, and it pays the published verifier rate with no revenue share either way.

What it never does

Identity, mandates and verification never hold, move or custody funds. A seller charges on its own rail; TollRelay records the settlement reference the seller reports.

Where things live

An organisation's record lives in the region chosen at creation, the European Union or the United States, and never leaves it. The control plane holds no personal data.
